We found the SOAP error where access to recording:
Connection failed: SslStream | SSL error Authentication failed, see inner exception.

My guess is that there is something wrong on the certificate that you are using.
If you from the same PC uses Smart Client do you see similar errors?
If you do, you can reach out to the support community for guidance on the setup of encryption and the certificates you use.
