The recommendation is that if you develop a MIP SDK based you deploy the output at your customer. The recommendation is that only a developer have the NuGet and the tools from the MIP SDK.
Asking how to disable a MIP SDK doesn’t really make sense in this scenario, but perhaps you have a special scenario which I haven’t understood from the short questions. Please elaborate if you think I have misunderstood the question.
