If i try with milestone version 2024 R2 then i get reason and comment in alarm update history and then 2025 R3 I cant see it through both smart client alarm manager and also through MIP

Please update the Event Server with the latest patch for 2025R3. You will find the patch here.
What you describe fits the description in the release notes for the patch, please let me have you feedback anyways so that I get a confirmation.
