I am trying to add Bosch cameras to my XProtect Corporate instance and the VMS is failing to recognize the new cameras. I have already successfully added 11 AXIS cameras of various types to the VMS using the procedure below:
I am using the Management Client, navigating to the recording server and selecting “add camera”, and selected the manual option. I have added the credentials provided to me by the customer and have the IP addresses of the new cameras. I select Bosch and ONVIF from the options. I have verified that those cameras are visible on my network by pinging them. I go to the next form and enter the camera IP and port 80 and hit enter. The operation fails - I get a notice that either the authentication is bad or the camera is unavailable.
I have verified that the credentials are correct.
Am I missing some component?
