You will need to add a user on Management Client (with enough permission, for sure). So please start Management Client, go to Security and add a new user there.
And then, please verify if you can login to Smart Client with the user (without errors). And then, please try to login to the MIP SDK.

You appear to be logging into localhost (the local computer) but in your screenshot, the Management Server installed locally appears to be stopped.
Do you have the same issue when your Management Server is in the running state, with the green play icon on it, and while being able to login using management client?
