In order to do further investigation, we would like to see your logs. because we have not been able to reproduce the issue. Can you please gather following new logs and send them to us?
1. MIP logs - [C:\ProgramData\Milestone\MIPSDK](file:C:/ProgramData/Milestone/MIPSDK)
2. Event server MIP logs - [C:\ProgramData\Milestone\XProtect Event](file:C:/ProgramData/Milestone/XProtect%C2%A0Event) Server\logs\MIPLogs
3. Wireshark packets.
IMPORTANT : Please make sure to get these new logs that point out the same event. Fx: you will trigger a event from the sample (and expect to see the issue), and gather these 3 types of logs of the event.
If each log points out different time/events, then it is hard to investigate the issue and it may take time.
