I downloaded LiveVideoSample and tried to connect to Milestone's server but it keeps telling my coulnd't connect, However i managed to connect to the server with official milestone android app using the same IP address, port ,Username and password .

Are you’re running the sample on the same device as the ‘official’ app?

Could you provide a bit more details? For example, which Android version is installed on the device?

i’m running both on the same device, infinix note 3

with android version 6.0

Android 6 is supported by the Mobile SDK, so it should be something else.
May be you could inspect the logcat output and check for some error messages, exceptions or such?

Or copy-paste the server address from the Milestone client, to make sure it has not been misspelled in the live video sample?
