I got a camera that use the rtsp protocol,It's functionnal with VLC but when i try to add it to the milestone recorder (universal) i can't get the stream.I 'm on essential + is that the problem ?Thank you

Try to use without certificate, or give certificate permissions (network services or the account used for services on setup)
