I have downloaded the MIP SDK and found that it uses .NET Framework. Is there a way to use a .NET Core based component integration

The site https://doc.developer.milestonesys.com/html/index.html in the component integration section it is mentioned that it is possible to have a .NET core based integration. How to do it? The MIP SDK is purely .NET core based.
