I need to upgrade to xprotect cooperate 2019 R1 to 2019 R1 or newer, i did upgrade the licence from 2018 to 2019.Also, is there a possible means to down grade the licence back to 2018 R1?Can someone help me ,my sites are currently down.

first, it was licence grace period expired, which i upgraded the licence to 2019 but cant be used on the 2018 management server, what can i do.
