We have plugin which uses imageviewercontrol.
When we are in live, it show live from selected item(camera) and in playback show the recorded video, here we can see the available recording in the playback windows bottom timeline slider.
This was working till Corporate 2019 R3, but now in corporate 2020 R1 when we change to playback tab, the timeline slider show empty even though videos are available.
We are using 2019 R3 SDK.

I tested with the VideoPreview sample and it still works. If the behavior you have observed was a general issue I am guessing this sample would not work. Does the sample (unmodified) work for you?

the sample is working fine.
the plugin is showing timeline in PC with all the component installed (recording, management, event server, etc..) but not in PC only with Smartclient.
PC with only smartclient not showing timeline bar, but video is available and playing.
I never heard of the Smart Client being able to connect to the server and retrieve video but not being able to retrieve the time-line information. Please troubleshoot or debug what your plugin does and the Video Preview sample that works fine does not. Please share what you find.
