Impossible to retrieve image from Milestone sample project

Good morning,

we’ve a problem with the retrieve of the image from an NVR using a sample project provided by you. (problem.png) Instead, going directly from NVR there are no issue and we can see the image. (nvr.png)

Could you help us to understand how we can solve the problem? The request is very urgent.

Can you please test that you can see recording from Smart Client in playback? Please test in the same PC with the same user etc.
