Good Morning; I’m Sergio and I work with Milestone Enterpraise 2014 software, we soon acquired an analytical software and we are doing the integration between the 2 softwares. The tests have been done and they are already communicating, but I need to create the rules for the function in the Xproject Client, could you send me a manual to create these rules? Software Analytics: Technoware Vtrack Create Intrusion Rule, in case someone invades the condominium, passing a line created in the perimeter!

Rules are a part of XProtect Corporate and Expert but does not exist in XProtect Enterprise (/Professional/Express).
I am guessing the Technoaware will have some different guidelines for you when you have XProtect Enterprise.
Unfortunately I only know that Technoaware has made an integration, I have no knowledge on how to use or configure it. There is a good manual and a help system built into the Management Application, and it will mention configuring events and alarms etc. but it will not mention Technoaware.
So my best advise is that you contact Technoaware.
