On our Xprotect Pro Plus 2019R1 we like to integrate it with our Infinias door access control system.
When creating the integration we get this error: “unable to receive configuration from the access control system. Error message: There was no end point listening at x.x.x.x:18779.”
We have confirmed both servers are communicating and our access control server is actually listening on 18779 port.
We’re also contacting 3X-Logic to troubleshoot.

which describes using MIP plug-ins licensing framework which isn’t exactly what we need I think.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
