I ported the sample ActiveX component to non domain or domain computers both, and the result are same, even I run the component on the milestone management server, it’s still same result, strange is the smart client does not have such issue, the refresh IE for ActiveX will result the login to reset to localhost URL, then after login and list down all the recording server again, it still can only show the first recording server camera live recording, no matter I change different cameras on same recording server it will always shows correct live recording, but switch to other recording server it can show the camera list but not showing any camera live streaming.
I did another test, for example,I configured the recording server 3,4,5, but only under recording 4 has camera, then the ActiveX can show only recording 4 and the camera list and show live streaming correctly, while if I add the camera under recording 3, and after I refresh IE and login with credential, I can list down both recording 3 and 4 and all camera list, but live streaming will only show cameras live recording under recording 3, and will not show recording 4 camera live recording any more.
I hope u can easily reproduce the error, if not, can we schedule a remote session so I can get u look into it quickly,

integration with image viewer activeX, while the milestone management server has multiple recording server, it can list down all the camera name, but only can show one recording server camera streaming, other recording server camera shows “not connected”
we are integrating milestone with door access controller system, the SDK version is 2017R3, and from activeX imageViewer the web portal, it connected to management server, and can list down all the recording server.
while browser each recording server, it can list down each recording server the camera list, but the live-streaming can only be showing under recording server1 camera list, other recording server camera list can show camera name, but the live streaming shows “not connected”.
is there any limitation under the imageviewer activex application, that only one recording server live streaming can be showed, but why can list down all recording server camera list.
Pls clarify.

thanks for reply, it’s not firewall issue, and while switch to 2nd recording server, from “netstat -an | findstr 7563”, I can see the pc still connect to recording one, not connect to recording two.
