Hello everyone, I need support interconnect system, I’ll explain better, I follow a company that has a headquarters where we installed Corporate and 12 remote sites where we installed Professional, given the little economic difference we decided to migrate the remote sites to the new Professional + system.
My problem is with the interconnect system, ie the remote sites that still have the Professional system connect to the Corporate and I can see live images and recordings, but the new sites migrated to the Professional + system I can connect them to the corporate that takes all the cameras but it does not show me any image.
The question is there is a different procedure to connect the Professional + to the Corporate?
