This issue is related to receiving the Analytics evets to our application from Milestone.
As per Milestone MIP SDK/support suggestion we are able to receive alerts However, till intermittently, some time after 5 days , after 7 days or after 3 days (very intermittent) our app STOP receiving LPR Analytical events. Please help to address issue asap.
Milestone version details:
Milestone Version : (Federated - interconnect mode ) Xprotect Corporate 2019 R2 version 13.2a Xprotect LPR 2019 R2 version 13.2a
Note: Our same app using Milestone 2018 R2 version is quite stable and no issue for receiving Milestone Analytics Events.
Some ideas to start your troubleshooting..
As a first step I would find out if LPR stops working altogether, if Event Server stops working or if it only your application that stops.
Does it stop detecting or only stop “sending” events?
Does it stop working when seen in the Smart Client?
When it has stopped working can you resolve it by restarting your application?
When it has stopped working, if you start the Alarm and Event Viewer sample to test, does it still receive LPR events? Do you use the same basic methods? https://doc.developer.milestonesys.com/html/index.html?base=content_2.html&tree=tree_2.html
Your troubleshooting might also help to look into the Event Server logs
