On developing ACM Plug-in, I wonder if It is possible to push bulk events into Event Server. in the case of real-time AC events you serve the function “ACEventManager.FireEventsOccured”. but i am not sure that is is valid to use it for past event.
This is unfortunately not supported at the moment.
If you were to use the specified function to fire past events, they would be treated real-time events. This means they would trigger alarms, rule actions (Corporate/Expert), access request notifications, access monitor items (Smart Client), etc.
Have you the plan to support the ACM past events?
In the case of IP-based AC system, the AC system might be often disconnected from the network because of maintaining LAN and so on. the operator(or administrator) can not search for the AC event logs that are occurred at that time. so, I think this feature will be mandatory in the next version.
I will forward this to Milestone Product Management and Development as a request for an enhancement. It will then be considered when prioritizing new features to develop for future versions.
