Is it possible to add mobile(Samsung / others) camera as hardware under Recording Servers?

Hi,

I am trying to use mobile camera as Camera device. But I am not able to add hardware under Recording server. Is this right approach?

I am trying add hardware like below screenshot. My mobile is connected to same network to the laptop using wifi.

Is it possible to connect mobile camera as camera device in Milestone?
