Is it possible to choose video quality profile using DirectShow Milestone filter?

I believe the answer is yes.

Please see the “DirectShow Filter” page in the MIP Documentation.

quality=: A value from 0-100 which controls the compression rate. 100 is best quality (no compression), and is the default. Setting a quality of 99 or less forces transcoding to JPEG on the server side.

So it’s not possible to use Milestone’s substream, right?
