In this case I know the answer is no. There is no Milestone client that works without login.

Yes, if the VMS has one camera. (Forgive me if this might be too obvious, bare with me.)
You could create a user with access to one camera, if that user logs in there is only one camera
Let me tell you what my client requirements are . They have a 3d map of there site with different clickable icons (cameras) on there map . I will map each camera with URL of that camera with that specific clickable icon on the map like for e.g URL is
when user will click that icon it will pop up the url above and show that camera but only problem is it requires login to be done manually and then i have to choose the camera manually from the all cameras .
Is there any way i can open the specific camera and do the login through my code in web client ?

The Milestone Web Client cannot be used in this way. Login is always required. Navigation cannot be done up front by supplying parameters in the URL.
You might want to / have to develop you own web client. See the Mobile SDK.. http://doc.developer.milestonesys.com/mipsdkmobile/
