Alarms based on an Alarm Definition of Access Control devices (e.g.: door forced) appears properly in Smart Client but not in the AlarmEventViewer sample. To see these alarms properly, you need to switch to another “Viewer mode” and come back to “Alarms”. Then the alarm history is loaded properly.

I was able to reproduce. I see the same behavior.
I think it is might be a known issue that was fixed in 2023R3, but I will report the issue to Milestone Development and tell you what they find..
I can confirm my suspicion. There is a fix for 2023R3. Milestone Development are working on a fix for 2024R1. I will update here when I have news on a fix for 2024R1.

Do you know if this could have an impact on receiving AC alarms in the mobile client?
No, we have tested with the web client, and AC alarms are received.
The Mobile Server must be using another functionality, which is a positive thing meaning it is not effected by the bug. If you have observations to the contrary please let us know..
