Is there a known limit on the amount of data 1 recording server can gracefully accommodate?

We are testing with XProtect 11.1a and have noticed that when the recording server is at high loads (around 1 Gbps of data coming into 1 instance) it will turn off and then restore a small subset of the cameras. We are seeing about 10% of the total number of cameras being impacted when this occurs. This is logged in the devicehandeling.log file without any other errors such as pipeline overflows.
