Is it the ServerCommandService (e.g. logon), or is it some other service?
When I add hardware to the records service on the Milstone management client, the server communicates with the hardware through the ISAPI protocol to obtain the hardware information. When a protocol takes longer to communicate more than 5s, the server actively disconnects the communication and reacquires it. Can I configure or otherwise extend the timeout on the client?
