Is there a way to create map elements that will hide and unhide when its respective alarms are triggered? I would like to be able to create custom elements like SensorMonitor but with some blinking indicator when there a respective alarm is triggered.

I also want to be able to adjust the blinking duration. Rather it be based off the alarm state (new/in progress). I want it to blink for example 5 seconds.

That is how it works.

Let me tell you an example.

There is an alarm which is triggered by an event – you need to create a alarm definition on Management Client.

Then you make a rule such as –

Perform an action on MyAnalyticsEvent01 (Analytics Events)

 from All cameras

 Start All Controllers.

In this case, when you trigger the event then all the controller start and blinking on Smart Client view.
