Is there a way to decrease that refresh time for the Alarm Manager tab title so that alerts are signaled closer to the time of the alarm being received/created?

When watching another tab (say, the Live tab), I’ve noticed that the Alarm Manager can take up to a minute to refresh its own tab title when alarms come in (the little red bubble), unless I happen to move my mouse over the tab to invalidate the tab rect.

Is there a way to decrease that refresh time for the Alarm Manager tab title so that alerts are signaled closer to the time of the alarm being received/created?
