is there access Preview Window from Management Client

The Preview Window option is only visible when in Devices or Recording server. I wonder if I can access that view when I am in a plugin ItemNode page ?

No, the preview window is only available for cameras and not for MIP Items. You might be able to develop something that comes very close. Please explore the Video Preview plugin sample. This sample can run in the Management Client and it can do live video within the Management Client.
