Is there any available app or SDK that enables both QR code reading and object (human face) to be detected and transmitting the data altogether?

There is no direct support for QR code and human face detection in the XProtect VMS or the MIP SDK.

I believe there are Milestone Partners that have made integrations with facial detection, in the Milestone Marketplace you might be able to find what you seek: https://www.milestonesys.com/community/marketplace/start-exploring/

You will be able to develop the functionality yourself or use an integration.

I tried to find in the Milestone Partners in your Milestone Marketplace but can’t seems to find anything related to this. May I know if I’m missing out on something or using the wrong keywords. Would really appreciated if you can narrow me to the correct partner(s)’ app.

If you search for Facial Recognition there is 11 hits. I am sorry but I do not know any of them and would not know how to advise.

I wonder if any other forum user’s seeing this might have experience and might contribute?

Hi Rie, the problem with your search for the keywords is not very ideal in my scenario. I need the milestone marketplace app to be able to read both Facial recognition and QR code (a sticker label on their shirt) at the same time. I can’t seems to use the search function to find the exact result.

Hope other forum users can contribute - its meant for a PoC follow by a enterprise deployment.

We do not know the partner solutions in Milestone Technical Support. Unless you can find more information elsewhere you will have to contact those that have facial recognition and ask if they have integrated with QR codes. I am sorry not to be able to help you better.
