Issues with getting stream

I have AI Bridge connected and working. I was able to get the streams of all my cameras through it, graphql was perfectly fine - I used it for multiple things (registering app, getting camera IDs and streams…etc - and it’s fine).

All of a sudden the streams stopped working. I have attached the logs.

The cameras are definitely online - I can see the stream in Management Client

This was working for all of my cameras (11 or so) - and just stopped and started giving this error.

Your help would be greatly appreciated as we are in the middle of an urgent deployment.

Hi Abaas,

Looking at the logs look like the AI Bridge was restarted while the app was currently pulling video.

During this time (start up) there’s a sync process which ended at (2025-10-07T06:50:17Z - connector log), the streaming container stopped producing this error at (2025-10-07T06:50:16Z - streaming log).

1- Would you mind restarting your application again ?
