Loading alarms in Mobile App fails

I cannot load the alarms in the mobile app. I get the message shown in the image.

Login works. Live Viewing works, too.

I am logged in as an user in the Adminstrators role.

Mobile server shows to be up and running.

Did anyone already observe and solve this problem
