We have a system from Milestone (XProtect) that detects LPR from camera images. And we need it to send this information in real time to an external server via TCP/IP, e.g. in JSON or XML format. The data should also contain other information (camera identification, date and time, etc.).
You just need to configure the server for such functionality, or buy some pugin, or you will need to create your own via SDK.
The Alarm and Event Viewer sample can show you how to read LPR Events and how to subscribe to LPR Events to receive them real time.
There is no functionality in XProtect to send the events data out, you will have to develop this or buy it. I do not know if there is an integration that can do this, but you might have a look at the Milestone Marketplace.
