Management Client shows "NO VIDEO" in camera preview

Greetings.

I am in charge of managing a camera surveillance system in an administrative tower of a bank. It has 750 cameras so far operating correctly with 2017 R2, until the las 6 months.

We have the inconvenience that all the terminals with Management Client cannot view the preview of the cameras (“NO VIDEO”), although they all work and from Smart Client can view the images and recordings perfectly.

One of the many tests that were carried out trying to solve this problem was to run Management Client from a terminal logged as Network Administrator User (without any restrictions) and in this case the previews work. This verifies that the problem lies in some security applied to common users.

This network, as it belongs to a banking entity, unfortunately is subject to many restrictions due to security requirements. We can´t just “drop” them all out. But if we can know in advance what the particular restriction could cause this inconvenience, it can possibly be corrected.

Please, I would like if you can give me a hand with this problem.
