Hello, for some time now all the manual event queries are not working all the services are working correctly and the database seems to be correct.

I have created manual events that trigger rules to cut the flow of a camera etc…

if anyone has an idea. Thanks in advance.

For a better understanding of your question, let me ask you a question. Are you developing an application with the MIP SDK?

Hello, No I do not develop applications with MIP SDK.

On the other hand I have developed an application in HTML/CSS for the total control of the cameras according to my needs: Enable flow, stop flow, remove smart wall etc… for each camera based on manual event commands that execute rules.

Can you please restart Event Server?

I have restart my event server and the problem has not change .

I wonder if the problem isn’t the SQL database.

What does “manual event” exactly mean? User define events or something else?

Have you experienced that the manual event queries worked properly in the past? If yes, what did you change before your events didn’t work?

Hello, yes, I’m talking about manual events. It is possible to create analytical events but also manual events.

Concerning the second question, yes, everything has been working perfectly for 3 years and I haven’t made any changes lately.

My problem is getting worse because I have some functions of my smart wall that doesn’t work anymore.

I am sorry, my question might be a little bit blur, so let me ask you again. Regarding “the manual event queries”, are they User-defined Events or Analytics Events or Generic Events? Because we don’t have events called “the manual event”, so let me clarify what you are using.

Please test following instructions.

Create a new User Defined event.

Create a new simple rule with the new User Defined event.

Trigger a Test Event.

Please let me know how this works.
