We have noticed gradual increasing memory consumption happening only while displaying a live video stream of specific cameras.
The specific cameras causing memory leaks are:
- SNC-RZ50N (FW 2.43)
- SNC-VM630 (FW 1.9.2)
Other cameras we have been working with are:
- CH140 (FW 1.77.00)
- DH160 (FW 1.35.00) x2
- DH120 (FW 1.35.00)
We are also experiencing memory leaks regardless of which camera is used when displaying recorded playback. This has been tested with a UserControl that utilizes a PlaybackController and it’s SetSequence method in two different development environments. In one environment using the cameras mentioned above the memory leak occurs while in another environment using the same UserControl it does not.
The environment that is not experiencing the memory leaks are using the following cameras:
- AXIS M3044-V (FW 7.20.1)
- AXIS M3045-V (FW 7.20.1)
Unfortunately due to certain restrictions we do not have the ability to move the cameras between the two development environments.
Are there any relevant known issues or hotfixes in regards to the cameras, firmware, or any required drivers?
Please advise on steps to resolve these issues.
