Milestone.Hotfix.202606240710.MS.26.1.19310.2778 fails. The log says: [Failed to apply database changes. Exception: Milestone.Patch.DbHotfixes.NET8.DbConnectionSlim.DatabaseException (0x80004005): The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint “FK_SecurityNamespace_SecurityAction”. The conflict occurred in database “Surveillance”, table “dbo.SecurityNamespace”, column ‘namespace_id’. error code 547 class 16
—> Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint “FK_SecurityNamespace_SecurityAction”. The conflict occurred in database “Surveillance”, table “dbo.SecurityNamespace”, column ‘namespace_id’.

I’m getting the same error when trying to install the hotfix. Did Milestone assist you with resolving the issue?

Milestone is not a customer-focused company. I have care plus so cannot open support cases. Instead of feeling bad about this faulty patch they chose not to help me.

to my knowledge, having a (valid) Care+ agreement should allow you to open a case with Milestone Technical Support.
If in doubt or if anything is in the way, could you possibly contact Michael McCafferty? It looks as if he is assigned to your account.
Finally, I can see that you have 2 different contacts within your account. Possibly, only one of them is entitled to open cases and you are trying with the other.

You are trying to install an old version of the patch. It is a known problem that Milestone.Hotfix.202606240710.MS.26.1.19310.2778 fails to install.

Today, Milestone has released a newer version of the patch / hotfix:
