Milestone Mobile, Management etc. all stop if PHP is installed on IIS running Milestone

Milestone version 2016R2

Windows 2008R2 Standard

IIS 7

PHP 5.3

MS SQL Server (We are using a separate database from Milestone)

Port 50555 (PHP port)

We were are trying to configure PHP 5.3 in IIS 7 (with a different port) , while configuring PHP the Milestone Mobile Server stop working. After restarting all other services stopped.

Please suggest the way to resolve the problem.
