Milestone Mobile - Push-To-Talk not Working

I just upgraded my server to Milestone Xprotect Essential+ 2019 R1 as well as upgraded my IOS app to latest verision which support PTT functionality. However, I don’t see the button to listen to live Audio from the camera. My cameras has microphones and they work on the Smart Client.

Is anybody experiencing the same issue? Any idea how to fix it?

Btw, push to talk is enabled on Mobile Server Configuration.
