After upgrading recording server and mobile server from 2014 to 2016 i having some performance issues.
When i try to connect to the Mobile server via ios app or web client it takes over 3 minutes for the connection to be established and some times it times out.
But when the connection is established the performance is fine.
It is the same problem if i try to open the Web client locally on the mobile server..
The communications route is Mobile/Web Client → Mobile Server → Surveillance Server (Image Server).
Check the Mobile Server can log in to the Surveillance Server within a few seconds. Check the routing (number of “hops”) between Mobile and Surveillance Server. All Servers must be time syncronized within 2 minutes.
Log files may also provide clues:
%ProgramData%\Milestone\Milestone Mobile Server\Logs
If these do not help resolve, I suggest raising a Support ticket for this.

We’re seeing this as well with 2016. For most users it takes 3-5 minutes to log in, but sometimes it only takes 10 seconds.
First and foremost, could you establish where the delay occurs? Between MobileClient / web browser and the Mobile Server, or between the Mobile Server and the Image Server / Recording Server?
