I created new Role and new basic user (assigned to this role).
Role has all privileges related to cameras ( full control ).
But user through C# SDK is not able to get list of all recordings for specified camera.
Is there any limitation for Professional version ?
BTW for admin user also recordings list is empty.
In Corporate version there is privilege "Retrieve remote recordings"
but for Professional I cannot find similar.

Are you able to login to Smart Client using this basic user and do what you need to do? If not, then you may not have given the role the necessary permissions. I’m guessing you gave the role full camera permissions on the overall security tab though, and in that case it’s not likely a permissions issue.
”Retrieve remote recordings” means to have the recorder pull recordings from the edge device’s onboard storage. That permission will be present on Corporate but not all product versions and I don’t think it applies to what you’re trying to do?
Assuming the basic user has the permissions to do what is needed in Smart Client, we’ll need an example of how you’re using the SDK to understand why you’re not seeing what you expected. Especially since you’re not seeing this data from the administrator account.
