Milestone XProtect 2017 R1 - Frequent token renewals happening with MediaLiveServiceCpp application

Hi,

At one of our client sites, Milestone XProtect 2017 R1 (Ecode) is being used. We’re facing an issue where the token is renewed every 90 seconds (token expiry of 120 seconds) and due to this we’re facing issues with Video loss of some channels when the Image Server doesn’t respond at times.

Unfortunately, as you know, Milestone support is not there for this product and we have to get the answers from this forum.

Is there any way in which the token expiry timeout can be increased for this? (There’s no ServerConfig.xml for this)

We talked to Milestone Development and found that it is hard-coded on E-Code so there is no way to increase expiry timeout.
