We have Data center 1& 2 with same Server hardware on both DC’s
Management/Event Log/SQL Std on One server & Recording Servers- 4 nos & DDN Storage via Fibre Channel.
1. The Event server services on DC1&DC2, keeps on restarting.
2. There is a requirement of integration: Milestone with BMS ( Video Loss/Tamper/ HDD out of space alarms to be received at BMS) & Milestone with Fire (Fire Panel, Zone details/ Device to be received on Milestone& Depending on the fire zone triggering, the respective camerato be popped up) via Bacnet . Required Bacnet licenses are purchased & configured as per the manual.
- Milestone with BMS - Currently on Milestone we are able to discover & then add the bacnet points (cameras). Next time we try to discover the we are unable to view the camera. We checked with BMS team, they are able to discover the server only not the Cameras.
- Milestone with Fire- After adding CCTV Bacnet device address in FDAS BACNET card , we are able discover all the FDAS points in Milestone management server ( panel nodes, detectors and module), but after adding one device point & then to add another we need to discover again & this time , it does not showup the FDAS points.
