MIP SDK 2018.in (\ComponentSamples\VideoViewer2Playback).

When Select a camera then application GUI will scale down.

Can I use ImageViewerControl.Initialize() without GUI scaling down?

Visual studio community 2017 version 15.8.8

Windows 10 pro 1803

I have never seen this. Testing I cannot reproduce. Are you using any kind of zoom or scaling in your PC?
