A customer is using XPCO2022R2, did hotfix installation for all components.
But found developed application failed to login.
Tired to rollback the hotfix but still failed.

I have a hunch from looking at the error that you are not using MIP SDK but the Mobile SDK. Can you specify whether the application you develop log in on Mobile Server or directly on the VMS Management Server? If you can help me in describing the integration you developed I can seek help with the team of developers at Milestone that know the area of integration best.
It is wried. The customer doesn’t install Mobile Server, and the application was working since Feb-2025 until last week updated hotfix
The application developed to login VMS Management Server directly, the usage of application is to view live video and retrieve alarms from Alarm Manager
Thank you for the clarification. There was no call in the stack trace that told me this, but the assumption is now that you use Management Server SOAP. If you can disclose more of the calls you do to login it might be a help.
