We have 3 instalation of XProtect Express V8.6d Device pack 7.7 and all of them has equal troubles.
For example: system has 13 Bosch Dinion Starlight 7000 kameras, on 10 of them is configured an analitic events .
Nr1 Bosch camera has connected status signal of Local Alarm system to its hardware input IN1.
Alarms in Xprotect Express management aplication are configured for 10 cameras and triggered only when alarm system is armed.( by IN1 of Bosch camera Nr1 )
So a trouble is that, sometimes external event “Alarm system status” is missing.Xprotect ignores external event, when Alarm system is armed or disarmed.Sometimes Alarm system status event comes one or two hours later, after security system is armed or disarmed.
