Mobile SDK not fetching camera views

Hi

I have built web app using Milestone MIP SDK and Mobile SDK.

The web app is showing camera views, but suddenly Mobile SDK can’t fetch camera views. my web app was using milestone(2017 R1)

why it is not fetching ? it is related to Mobile SDK javascript library ? but it was working. Also, I have another updated server(2019 R1) , but it is same.

could you please help me?

Can you share a bit more information, what command are you using to get camera views, is there any error code in the server response?

Optionally you can have a look at the SDK Web sample apps that are part of the MIP SDK Mobile.
