Mobile Server Not Conneted to Surveillance Server.

Hi,

The Mobile server was showing the warning message as “Mobile server not connected to surveillance server. Check surveillance server credentials.”

It was worked properly before I restarted the system.

The server credential I used was " Server URL: http://localhost:80, Login as: NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE(no credentials) ".

How to resolve this?

Thanks,

BHI Team.

This should work if the servers are in a domain. If not in a domain but using a workgroup setup you will have to define a user and use it instead of network service.

Hi,

We are running all the server into same machine with same domain.

Only mobile server is having problem with connecting to surveillance server.

We re-installed mobile server, still it is not connecting to surveillance server.

Thanks,

BHI Team

Have you tried to change the user?

What is the XProtect product and version?

We changed user and tried still same issue.

My XProtect product - Milestone Xprotect 2017 R1 , Version- 11.1a

XProtect product: Corporate, Expert, Enterprise etc.?

Can other clients connect?

Product is Corporate.

Smart Client, Management server, Recording server all are connected.

But, Mobile Server is not connecting.

Hi,

we have tried reinstalling of latest mobile server but still mobile server is not connecting to surveillance server. We tried with user and password also.

This was working fine before. Once we restarted system the problem arise.

Mobile server does not starts automatically on system re-start, while all other milestone servers starts.

How to solve it? Please suggest.

Thanks,

BHI Team.

Maybe the Mobile Server logs reveal something you can use in your troubleshooting.

Thanks, now it is working fine.

Good news. If you do not mind; what was wrong? How did you get it working?

Problem was IIS configuration in system. It was disabled for annonimous user. We enabled and it worked.

I had this same problem, my solution was that Milestone Image Server service was not running, once it started I restarted I restarted the mobile server service.
