I appear to be having an issue with the Video export sample where upon hitting the video export button no progress bar will show and the state will always remain at 0. This happens regardless of how much of the video I’m trying to export and regardless of what timestamps I choose to export at.

Could you please provide us some more information
I assume you are using the Web (JS) sample.
Can you check for any errors in the console ? What Error is returned for the Export?
Can you verify that there is actually data in the DB for that period of time?
Is it possible you are out of disk space?

Also you could check what is the status of the export in the Management Client (Mobile server settings, Investigations tab). And what will be the behavior after restart of the Mobile server.
What is the Mobiles server version btw ?
