As a first step check that all involved devices have a synchronized clock. Take care that if two devices are in different time zones, then they might show the same time but are in fact not in sync. I have an idea that the simplest explanation here is a server or other device setup with a time zone that is 4 hours off.

We are doing the standalone setup and we don’t have a Domain, We created the dedicated Window Server as a time server.
However, when events flow from Milestone into ICT GX, we see the following behavior:
One possibility is that your local system is configured with a time zone that is 4 hours offset from UTC. This could mean that your integration is incorrectly using UTC where it should be using local time—or vice versa.
