My Milestone is XProtect Smart Client R2 version 11.2 and when I power up each day it pops my CPU resources from 10 percent to 100 percent. In thus when I am running other programs causes them to crash.

OS is Win 7 Pro SP 1 Processor is Intel Core i7-5500U CPU@2.4GHz 16 GB RAM 64 bit OS Laptop is HP z book 14G2 all Windows updates are current and all drivers are current not updated.
