I have a client running LPR for custom solution of destroying plates using a conveyor belt. We are facing two challenges,
1. if we place the front and rear plate within 5 secs of each other it doesn’t recognise. Possible to tune that gap ? I understand in real world this isn’t going to happen so probably the system is ignoring the second plate.
2. should the plate be unreadable because of damage, it ignores it. Is it possible to report it as unreadable/unrecognized plate ?
Appreciate any directions/suggestions here.
As this is not related to software development with the MIP SDK, which is the focus of this forum, please ask again in the support community, you should get better help from the partners using the support community.

I am pretty sure if I go to support I would be directed back to development which sounds fair to me. Support would say they would assist only with the standard features not working and can’t do much with custom tuning.
I might have misunderstood. If you are developing a LPR solution using the MIP SDK you are you are in the right place. The tuning would most likely be in the detection engine you have implemented.
